Today we’re excited to announce an exciting new chapter in our growth story, with the addition of Augusta Gillespie Miller, joining as a Vice President and Ankita Ajith, joining as an Associate, to the PVG team.

Augusta brings extensive experience in marketing, partnerships, and climate operations. At Sealed, Augusta led partnerships, oversaw the company’s utility partnerships and incentive programs, developed new co-marketing and product partnerships and led the buildout of the policy team. Before Sealed, Augusta spent seven years at ListenFirst – a marketing tech firm, where she led the strategy department helping numerous Fortune 500 firms leverage data to build their digital marketing strategy. Augusta is a graduate of Colgate University, where she received a high honors degree in Political Science, and is currently pursuing an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. Augusta lives in Brooklyn with her husband Alec and her cat Pickles. In her spare time, Augusta enjoys exploring new restaurants, seeing live music, and riding horses (when she’s not in Brooklyn).

Ankita Ajith

Ankita is a sustainability and climate professional with experience in finance, government, and policy. Before joining PVG, Ankita worked for J.P. Morgan Chase in its firm-wide sustainability group, where she helped design the reporting framework for JPM’s inaugural $1B green bond, coordinated ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement, and supported the bank’s corporate sustainability and impact investing strategy. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Ankita worked for Chicago’s Deputy Mayor for Economic and Neighborhood Development as a policy analyst, focused on the city’s COVID-19 recovery program for local businesses and economic growth in underinvested communities. Ankita is also passionate about women’s economic empowerment in underserved communities. At Northwestern, she conducted funded research on the challenges facing female entrepreneurs in Morocco and the U.S and graduated with a BS in Social Policy. Ankita enjoys traveling, fiction and mystery novels, pilates, and New York’s ever-growing restaurant scene.
