New Year, New Name, New Site.

This has been a year of big wins for us at Purpose Venture Group (PVG). And many of you—whether as a client, partner, advisor, or friend—have been working alongside our firm to make these things happen.

PVG helped clients win more than $2 billion from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. We completed our incubation of Rewiring America, the nation’s leading nonprofit focused on electrification of American homes. We sharpened strategic decision-making with clients that saved them tens of millions. We helped leadership teams get focused and ready to tackle the opportunities before them. We organized convenings that catalyzed action across home electrification, energy demand from AI, media investments and more.

We strongly believe climate progress hinges on making low-carbon products the easy, compelling choice for both consumers and businesses.2025 can be a landmark year for climate progress despite some of the shifts in our macro environment. As our firm moves into its sixth year, we bring this optimism and focus alongside renewed energy and dedication to do the work.

We are excited to announce that we are updating our name— Purpose Venture Group is becoming simply PVG. While still rooted in supporting the growth of climate-focused ventures, our core offering of strategy consulting has grown well beyond the venture field to include work with investors, corporates, foundations, family offices and nonprofits.

And, with our new name, there also comes a new website— pvg.co. Our new site tells the story of what we have done, how we’ve grown and where we are headed. We hope you will check it out, and share our story and offerings with those you think could benefit.
